Budget Tips: Consider Getting an English Heritage Overseas Visitor Pass

Like the National Trust, English Heritage runs hundreds of historic properties throughout the UK – some which have pretty steep admission prices.

Luckily for the overseas traveler, they offer an Overseas Visitor Pass that offers discounted entry into all their properties.

The Overseas Visitor Pass from English heritage includes free entry to over 100 stately homes, castles, abbeys, Roman and prehistoric remains. You can visit all attractions directly managed by English Heritage free of charge. It also includes free or reduced price entry to hundreds of action-packed events as well as a 290-page colour souvenir guidebook containing maps, information on over 100 staffed attractions and a further 300 free attractions in the care of English Heritage.

Prices start at £21.50 for a 7 day pass and £26.00 for a 14 day pass (this is obviously the better deal). There are further options for families and children.
